Orders & Delivery Timeframes
All orders come with a standard 7–10 working day delivery timeframe. In most cases, items are dispatched sooner than the estimated timescale.
Deliveries may take place Monday to Saturday, between 7am and 9pm, including weekends.
Please ensure you provide an up-to-date mobile number and email address, as all delivery details are sent via SMS and email. You will receive your delivery date and time slot 24–48 hours before delivery.
You must accept the delivery date and time provided in order to secure your slot.
Delivery Service
Our logistics partner provides a specialist delivery service, and their professional teams handle your goods with care.
Flats & Apartments
Room-of-choice delivery for flats is available up to the second floor only if:

The lift is not working, or
-
The items do not fit inside the lift.
Courier Cancellations & Delays
Occasionally, the courier may cancel or reschedule your delivery due to issues such as a vehicle breakdown or an overbooked route. This is not grounds to cancel your order, as the courier will rearrange delivery.
Please do not dispose of your existing bed or mattress before receiving your goods.
Airah Bespoke Beds is not responsible for cancelled or rescheduled deliveries and does not compensate for loss of earnings if you have taken time off work.
Any issues relating to delivery should be communicated directly with the courier company.
Missed Deliveries
A £50 re-delivery fee will apply if you miss your confirmed delivery slot. This is the fee charged by the courier for a second delivery attempt.
Property Damage
If you wish to report damage to your property:

You must write this clearly on the courier paperwork before signing, and
-
All claims must be made directly with the courier.
Airah Bespoke Beds has no direct links with the couriers and accepts no responsibility for property damage.
Assembly & Room of Choice Instructions
If you select Assembly or Room of Choice services, please ensure that all items will safely fit up your stairs and through all access points.
Couriers cannot lift items around bannisters or awkward corners due to health and safety regulations.
High headboards ordered in one piece can weigh 60–90kg, requiring safe manual handling. Ottoman and divan bases are delivered in two parts — please ensure these will fit through your staircase.
Drivers must be able to carry items safely at all times.
Assembly Service

Assembly is non-refundable once booked, as trained fitters are allocated for your installation.

If assembly cannot be completed on the day (e.g., headboard does not fit upstairs, property under renovation, refusal by customer), the service remains non-refundable.

Fitters do not dismantle old beds or remove any packaging.
Room of Choice
Before delivery, please ensure:

Flooring is protected, and
-
All ornaments, mirrors, and fragile items are moved out of the way.
Delivery items can be large and heavy, and this preparation is essential.
Delivery Restrictions
Airah Bespoke Beds cannot deliver on specific days or at specific times due to the courier’s multi-drop delivery system.
Deliveries may occasionally arrive earlier or later than the provided timeslot due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic.
Customers must be available 2 hours before and 2 hours after their allocated timeslot.
If Your Headboard Does Not Fit
If your headboard does not fit up the stairs, it will remain with you.
Should you wish to return it, a £40 disposal fee applies.
All beds are made to order, and we do not hold parts in stock.
Additional Information
Recycling & Removal of Old Items
We do not offer a recycling or removal service for old beds, mattresses, or packaging.
Please contact your local council for disposal or collection services.
Assembly of Goods
Assembly is available on all products.
Please ensure the room is empty, as:

Fitters will not dismantle old beds

Fitters will not remove packaging
Assembly is non-refundable, including in the event of a return.
Room of Choice (Detailed)
Room of Choice is available for all orders.
For flats or apartments:

Items that do not fit in the lift will not be taken above the second floor.

Deliveries above the second floor require working lift access.

If there is no lift or items do not fit in the lift, goods will be left on the ground floor.
Items must be inspected on the ground floor before you move them upstairs yourself.
Accepting Your Delivery
Upon delivery, please check all boxes and items for any signs of damage.
If you see or suspect damage:

Write “Damaged” clearly on the delivery paperwork before signing.
