WHY THIS DESIGN

Proportion, texture and presence

The Alora balances two gestures: a full-height upholstered wall and a foot board treated as a sculptural object in its own right. Together they frame the bed on every side, giving the room the composed symmetry of a suite.

Each Alora commission is upholstered in our Yorkshire workshop in premium fabrics selected for how they feel as much as how they look — with wood, metal and mirror detailing available where the design calls for it. Fabric, tension and stitching are finished by hand and inspected before anything leaves the workshop.

This is a bespoke upholstered wall panel system, made to measure for your bedroom: width, height and layout follow your wall, colours follow your interior, and every configuration is developed in CAD before manufacture. Many clients complete the room with a piece from our luxury bed collection or a handcrafted mattress.

Can The Alora be made to measure?
Yes — every Alora wall panel system is made to order to your exact wall dimensions. Nothing is standard; the design is developed in CAD around your room before manufacture begins.
How much wall space do I need?
Wall panel systems are tailored to walls of almost any width and height — full-height, part-height and feature-wall layouts are all possible. Your designer will advise on proportions for your room at consultation.
Can I choose different fabrics and colours?
Yes. Panels are upholstered in premium fabrics with a wide choice of colours, and wood, metal or mirror detailing can be incorporated to match your interior.
Are wall panels suitable behind a bed?
They are designed for exactly that: an upholstered feature wall behind the bed frames it, softens sound and creates the room's focal point — with any bed size accommodated.
Do you install the panels?
Yes — installation is part of the commission where applicable, with white glove delivery available nationwide across the UK.
How long does a commission take?
Every piece is made to order in our Yorkshire workshop. Timescales depend on the design's complexity and are confirmed with you at consultation, before your order is placed.
